What should your product do next?

Get your Product Strategy Narrative. Free. No credit card.

Sign up, tell Feature1 about your product and the decision you are working on, and it writes a draft Product Strategy Narrative you can refine: where you win, for whom, and the two or three strengths to build on. Feature1 asks the questions, works through your customers, competitors, business goals and priorities with you, and writes the first page.

Signup starts a 7-day trial. No card is asked for. The narrative is a starting point you refine, not a finished strategy. Want a second pair of eyes? Add a product advisor review below.

Why this exists

AI made building fast. It did not make deciding what to build any faster. In the teams we work with, delivery sped up and the queue moved to the decisions in front of it. One team hired a second product manager for that reason. The narrative is the first step of working the other way round: direction first, then the build.

How it works

  1. Sign up

Email and password. A 7-day trial starts. No credit card.

  2. Tell it about your product

Your website, your role, and one product decision you are working on. Public material is enough to start.

  3. Answer its questions

Feature1 asks about your business goal, the customers you serve, who uses the product, and the constraints you work under. Then it tests your market and competitor assumptions with you, and sorts what you know from what you are guessing.

  4. Read the draft

It writes the Product Strategy Narrative and you read it on screen.

  5. Refine it

Correct it, accept it, or ask for another pass. It is yours to keep.

What you get

A Product Strategy Narrative
One page. Where you win, for whom, and the two or three strengths to build on. It should tell you at least one thing you did not already know. Otherwise it is a summary, not a strategy.
Three candidate initiatives
The directions the narrative points at, in plain language, ready to be refined.

Who it is for

Founders and product leaders with a live product and a decision to make. It works best when the person who decides what gets built does it. It is not for an idea without a product yet, and it is not a sales demo.

Add a product advisor

Want a second pair of eyes? A product advisor reviews your narrative and initiatives, then goes through them with you on a 30-minute call. You keep the narrative. You add the review.

The advisor review is priced when you book. The narrative itself is free.

What comes after

Now you know where you want to go. The next step is seeing where you are. Feature1 reads what your product can already do, shows the gap between the narrative and the product, and turns the initiatives into features, stories and acceptance criteria your team builds from.

Before you start

Is someone on a call with me?

By default, no. You create the narrative in Feature1 on your own. If you want a product advisor to review the result and go through it with you, add the advisor review.

Do I need to connect my code or GitHub?

Onboarding asks for a read-only GitHub connection, or the Feature1 MCP running locally, so the strategy is grounded in what the product does today. Read-only means Feature1 reads the repository and never writes to it.

Is the strategy finished when the draft appears?

You get a draft narrative and three initiatives. It is written for you to build on. A second pass is normal.

What if the direction turns out to be wrong?

Then you found out before building, not after three months of it. Run it again with what you learned.

How do I pay?

You do not. Signup starts a 7-day trial with no credit card. The advisor review is priced when you book it.

Who is the product advisor?

Abdulrahman, founder of Feature1, or a product advisor from the Feature1 network. The review is of your narrative and initiatives, not a sales call.
